What is Hemp Oil?
Hemp Oil is the essential oil processed from the leaves, buds, and stem of the cannabis sativa plant species. Extraction of hemp oil can be achieved both mechanically and/or chemically. During this process, the oil retains a range of the phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids that originate naturally in hemp. Hemp seed oil that comes exclusively from the seeds of hemp does not comprise all of the same plant compounds and is predominantly composed of dietary fats.
What is CBD oil?
CBD is short for cannabidiol. A remarkable phytocannabinoid found in hemp that is well known for supporting the body and mind in various ways. CBD is explicitly derived from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant. (Not to be confused with Hemp (seed) oil that comes from hemp seeds, which contain no cannabinoids.)
Will the color of my hemp extract oil differ from batch to batch?
Products that are produced with elements sourced from nature occasionally differ slightly from batch to batch. Tetraceutics products are not produced with any additives or dyes to standardize the color of our products. If you experience a color dissimilarity from product to product, the difference is due to the natural, seasonal variation in our hemp crops. Each batch is thoroughly tested to ensure that the quality and quantity of hemp extract maintains its consistency in each product.
Will CBD get me high?
Substances that induce a high possess what is called a psychoactive effect. CBD is non-psychoactive and will not affect a persons mental processes, e.g. perception, consciousness or cognition therefore it is safe to go about your day as normal after consuming CBD.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Refunds/Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tetraceutics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
